One L1fe Waiting list
Personal health intelligence

Your health.
A thousand fragmented signals.
Brought into one picture.

Your wearable. Your lab history. Your training. The notes you keep yourself. One L1fe gathers the signals you choose into one evolving model of you.

Where this comes from

Every data point lived somewhere else.
A model of me lived nowhere.

Blood work sits in a PDF. Sleep and heart rate live in a watch app. Training is logged somewhere else again, and how you actually felt stays in your head. Every source is read on its own, and a single value on its own says almost nothing. The picture that matters is how all of it moves together, and that picture was never drawn. So we built it.

Your model, your choice

Your model only holds
what you put in it.

There is no fixed set of areas to fill. Connect the sources that matter to you, log by hand what has no source to connect, leave out what you want to leave out. The more of your life flows in, the more precisely the model reflects it, and that pace is yours to set.

From the app to the model

Your Digital Twin, always within reach.
Your own health data underneath.

On your phone the Digital Twin is one calm figure, grey until you log something. Everything you have connected gathers around it, and the more of it there is, the closer the figure reflects how your health actually behaves.

One evolving context

Patterns emerge across time
when signals meet, not in isolation.

Each area keeps its own rhythm over the same stretch of time. Seen apart, they are separate apps. Seen together, relationships appear, and they rarely line up on the same day.

EarlierOne periodNow

A heavier training block is followed, some days later, by a shift in sleep rhythm. Not a cause. A relationship worth asking about, and one that stays invisible while these live in separate apps.

Coaching by topic

Different coaches, different questions.
Your health data as the one shared context.

Every coach reads the same you through its own expertise, and the answers show it: deeper and more specific to the topic than any general reply. Ask the Sleep Coach tonight and the Exercise Coach tomorrow. Neither one needs the story told again.

Why do I sleep worse the night after a rest day?

Or bring them to one table

When a question crosses areas,
ask them together.

Some questions belong to no single lens. Pick the coaches the question needs and they answer in the same thread, on the same context, each from their own side of it.

Example question: “I feel flat in training. What am I missing?”
Waiting list

Be there
when it launches.

One L1fe is in private build. The waiting list opens here shortly before launch. Until then nothing is being collected on this page.

Not open yet.

Sign up will appear right here. No form is running at the moment, so nothing about you is stored.
